Support inbox privacy

The Vibe with Chu support inbox helps our authorized store team read and respond to customer conversations. The Gmail connection is available to the store’s administrators; customers do not connect their Google accounts to use the shop.

What the connection accesses

When the mailbox owner grants permission, the platform can read messages and conversation details from the connected Gmail account and send replies the team explicitly chooses to send. Imported data includes sender and recipient addresses, subjects, message text, timestamps, message identifiers and attachment information. Attachments are retrieved when a team member downloads them. The connection does not delete mail or change Gmail labels.

Shared imports and team-initiated messages are limited to people with recorded purchases or website contact-form submissions. Merely creating a customer account does not qualify. Automated mail, recognized financial-institution messages, bank statements and detected verification codes, password resets and account-security messages are excluded before storage. This filter is not a guarantee that every sensitive message can be recognized, and Google’s read permission still covers the connected mailbox. Keep personal and account-recovery mail in a separate mailbox.

How information is used and stored

Imported messages and website contact submissions are stored in the store’s protected database and displayed to authorized staff. Email addresses may be matched to store customer and order records to help answer support questions. The platform uses Google to access Gmail and send replies, Vercel to run the application, Supabase to store inbox records, and Brevo to send website-message notifications to the business. Gmail authorization tokens are encrypted in storage.

Google user data is used only to provide this support inbox. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your control

The mailbox owner can disconnect Gmail in the admin inbox or revoke access from their Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops new Gmail access but does not automatically erase previously saved conversations. Conversations are retained for customer support until removed by an authorized administrator. To request removal of stored inbox data or ask about this integration, contact james@loudestcreative.com. Data in existing private backups follows the store’s backup retention process.

THCA & Delta-9,
the basics.

THCA converts into Delta-9 THC when heated. Delta-9 is the main cannabinoid responsible for the cannabis “high.” Both the amount and the way a product is used affect the experience.

What should I look for on a label?

Check the cannabinoid amounts, serving size, and batch number. A certificate of analysis (COA) lists what a lab measured in the tested sample. THCA and Delta-9 may be listed separately; “total THC” accounts for THC that can form from THCA. Match the report to your batch, and check which contaminants were actually tested. A report is not a guarantee that a product is risk-free.

Why are edibles different?

Edible effects can take 30 minutes to 2 hours to appear and may last longer than expected. Taking more before effects appear can lead to overconsumption. Do not drive after using THC, and keep cannabis products away from children and pets.
